At ELEGOO, we stand by the quality of our 3D printers and electronics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a detailed reason for the return, including photos or videos if the item is defective.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the product in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, then ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
